I had a fantastic time at the resort, with plenty of enjoyable features. The room was spacious and clean, the pool areas were great, and the breakfast was delicious. I stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and while the grounds and pool area were quite lovely, there were several letdowns during my stay. The reception staff, particularly one female receptionist, left a sour taste with their rude behavior, which really should be addressed with some customer service training. Additionally, while my room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was dated and had a leaking shower that wasn't addressed during my whole stay. Overall, the hotel has potential but doesn't quite live up to it yet.
